"We decided to eat here, probably not the best decision we have made this weekend!! We had to ask for a menu! Which arrived then the server was going to walk off without asking if we would like a drink!! On a few occasions food and drink came out, and an owner could not be found, so it went back in. My other half ordered the hotdog, which was missing some coleslaw, as it was quite dry. I had chicken waffles with crispy bacon bits and cheese, the bacon bits were not crispy and very fatty, I left them. On the plus side the chicken was good, very succulent not dry, the waffles were also tasty. I used the loo, when I went into the establishment there were numerous glasses and bottles on the bar. As mainly young people seemed to work there, there didn’t seem to be any front of house or leadership. If this was sorted I feel things would improve drastically."

"No one to meet us at the door and show us to a table. When we headed to a table, we were intercepted by the manageress, who rolled her eyes and raised eyebrows in dismay that we were headed for a table. We were told that we had to sit at a table for two, although a lone female customer came in just after us, who sat at a table for four, as did a man five minutes later. There were parents struggling at smaller tables, trying to feed their children. There was a poor choice of beverage and much on the menu was not available. One expects to pay a premium when eating out and in return one expects not to be treated by a sarcastic manageress. I expect my wife and myself to be treated with dignity, if not respect. This was a shameful experience which I certainly will not allow to happen again. The manageress lacks charm and finesse, and the food is overpriced and uninteresting."

"The build out and ambience are lovely, warm and cozy. The tables are not too close together either. Our server, Teresa, was attentive, without being overbearing. It was Mother’s Day, and Mother’s received a homemade baggie of fudge. The food came out quickly but we were not rushed through our meal. We had the roast chicken and roast chicken, both moist and not overcooked. Would love to dine again. The bar is very cozy."

"I had a chicken sandwich that was very small for the price they pay has not tasted bad, but not tasted amazing. my friend had the cod sandwich she enjoyed a lot, just said she needed more sauce (which I am sure they would have done if she had asked) not a bad little pub"

"So I went to Hache in two minds, not sure if I wanted a burger meal for lunch and came away feeling satisfied with my choice at the end. I had looked up 'interesting places to eat at Camden Town ' on Google and Hache 's name had been within the top 10 and so my friend and I decided to try it out. Locating the street where Hache is, on a Saturday afternoon was easy enough, but finding a spot to park the car was not. We found a place, but it was a bit of a walk. The restaurant facade is non-assuming and they put out a small black board with the Hache name outside. There are a couple of interesting places around it which seem worth exploring too. Even for a bright spring afternoon, the place is quite dark inside. Finding our table took a second. The place is small and on busy evenings, I would expect a queue. The menu is the same as that on their website, except that the lamb burger is missing. I ordered the chicken and bacon havana club burger. My friend went for a steak mexican. The burgers do not come with fries and need to be separately ordered. We had the 'Hache Frites ' which is skinny fries. My burger was very good by itself. The avocados provided a very interesting texture in a traditional grilled chicken burger. I liked it. The fries were crispy. They do not provide any house mayonnaise or dips with the fries. These need to be separately ordered. Overall, I would say the place is worth a visit if you are in the Camden area, but not worth making a special plan just for it. I have had better burgers in London for the same price."

"Location was amazing with the most beautiful views. The food was fine, hit and miss for our large table and the kids food wasn't great. The service was a bit challenging as well, they seemed a bit annoyed with our large table and honestly we seemed like a it of an inconvenience. We were a large table so maybe that was why Shame as the location and setting is spectacular Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5"

"After a attending an event at the Swindon Arts Centre, we decided to find somewhere to eat. Not fancying the usual ruby, maccy dees or kfc we decided to try Chicken Cottage, which we had never been in before. The staff were very friendly, willing...to accomodate and mix what ever we wanted to eat from their menu. Compared to kfc etc. the menu was quite wide and much more flexible. The food was good value, both in quality and quantity, not a scrap was left on our plates. I would heartily recomend Chicken Cottage in Swindon's Old Town instead of any other fast food resturants in Old Town."

"On an overnight stay in Nottingham my son and I ventured out to find somewhere different to eat and discovered the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Firstly, I have to say, the food, the staff and the location are all five star. We ordered from the App, just to try it, and soon we were brought our burgers and some 'skinny fries '. The burgers were excellent, our initial reservations about the high price for a burger were soon quashed. The flavours popped in your mouth and we were surprised as to just how good eating a burger could be! I had a vegan jack fruit burger and my son a chicken one...both with lots of tasty pickles and sauces. We both had the very best thick banana milk shake with them. We probably wouldn 't order the skinny fries again however, as they were the tiniest fries.. literally like matchsticks, and although very cute and a novelty, didn 't really add anything to the meal. Now, I was going to knock off half a star for two reasons..the price is high..and for such prices and a great menu I felt the typical fast food type interior could have been a little more plush...but to be honest it didn 't bother me enough to do so. For a special occasion, or for a special treat, I 'd highly recommend a visit there."

"Came here with a friend. I had finished my dish before his arrived. He was waiting 25 minutes for his food. They forgot to put his order through apparently. This is unacceptable. The worst Nandos ever. Food was great but service was abysmal."

"We were a party of 10 adults and 3 children, greeted and made to feel welcome by Olivia who looked after us brilliantly all evening. We had various menu choices and every dish was excellent with each person being served at the same time. The other waitresses assisting Olivia also did a fantastic job, the whole experience ensured a great evening for my wife’s birthday. Look forward to seeing you again soon. "This excellent hamburger restaurant is located right in the center of Milton Keynes shopping area. I loved the exterior of the restaurant. The waitress was friendly and professional, willing to accommodate any requests we had. The food was delicious, especially my sister's double cheeseburger which came with sweet potato fries (which were tasty) and coleslaw. The kitchen is open, allowing customers to watch the cooks at work. Our food came out quickly, only a 15-minute wait. The restaurant's layout and decor are simple yet attractive. The menu has a wide variety of options, including vegetarian, kids' meals, and gluten-free choices. Parking is available but can be pricey, especially in the red zone. The restaurant is located near the food court and a bank in CMK. Takeout orders are also an option. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"I and my engaged were greeted by a very friendly employee who asked where we would like to sit instead of just adding somewhere I thought to be a nice note. we were told by the specials and advised about drinks etc. the menu has exactly the right choice, not too overwhelming, and the prices are appropriate for the inner city kitchen. we ordered a special ronaldo and a C-Rex burger to share between us, with sweet kartoffel friries and regular fries. they can have the rindburgers cooked to their taste, although they recommend medium, that is great! eating was incredible, probably the best burgers we have ever eaten; all the aromes worked together and the portion sizes are great for the price. the only thing I would say is that the burgers can get messy, so that the provision of wet wipes would be useful, as serviettes do not sometimes do justice. also the regular fries were very cut, would be nice to see them thicker and perhaps with the skin on. service during the meal was perfect and although we have dessert, their lists of puddings looked incredible, so will definitely save space at the next visit, which hopefully will be very soon!"

"popped in to order some food and the smell of the food was yummy, young family eating at the table...it was busy...I thought this must be good ,judging by the orders the chef had to cook... I went for the chef's special wrap I ordered, can of coke and crunchy fries, should be enough... the price was very reasonable and when asking about the sauces, all homemade on the premises. i went for mango and lime. got the order and sat at the table...oh my god!! this is way better than nandos.... if you want proper healthy food then come to chickie one in Bournemouth. I will be ordering here again..."

"Overall just a bit awkward. Taco starter lovely. The tattie scone nachos a tad overpriced for what it is but tasted alright. Service a tad slow to get going and not much of an ambiance. I feel the drinks and food here are a good few pounds more expensive than they should be and it’s probably down to location. Pork steak thing came in a bowl with a normal knife making it very difficult to get at and the fajitas were bits of bland, grilled chicken with no hint of seasoning or flavour. This dish too is a bit difficult to assemble given it was all served on one plate. The four slivers of pepper were far from enough. £17 for a cocktail and a 175ml glass of wine, whilst advertised and priced correctly on the menu, is kinda taking the mick in my opinion. We popped in on a different day for just a drink and £4.99 for a small can of cider also falls into that category. Doubt we’ll be rushing back when we inevitably return to Oban . They’ll likely not miss us given it’s usually busy, so they obviously are confident in what they offer and their prices."

"Went for a family celebration meal. Service was very attentive and friendly with no airs and graces – just solid, down-to-earth Yorkshire friendliness. As The Bay Horse was always first and foremost a traditional 'pub ', they have had to adapt over the years to focus on the food offering and I think they have managed it really well – the small menu still manages to cater for most tastes and they were easily able to cater for 'off menu ' requests (none of the 'sorry, that 's how the meal comes ' nonsense you get in chain restaurants). The food came out promptly, was nice and hot, and it certainly all appeared to be freshly-cooked. Yes, we had a couple of hiccups (one meal was accidentally missed off for example), but it was dealt with sensibly. Prices were a little on the high side for pub food, but to be fair, we have seen that quite a lot recently so I assume it 's just inflation (for example, simple things like bangers and mash, that I 'd normally expect to be around £12, were £16). Overall we were very happy with our food and managed to eat almost every last bit, although that left some of us feeling rather full as the portions are quite generous."

"Have been to this restaurant on a couple of occasions previously and had really good food, this was the reason why I decided to book this place for my dads birthday. We were a family of 17 booked in for lunch and we all had a 3 course lunch with many of us ordering steak. I have to complement the chef as the steaks were cooked very well and we all enjoyed the food. The service was also good, particularly from one girl unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was very attentive throughout the meal and very helpful with all our requests. The reason why I have to give a one star for this restaurant was because of the supposed management policy on not allowing us to cut or eat the birthday cake we had bought in following our meal. The reason the manager gave for not allowing this was ridiculous and not something I have ever experienced in any restaurant. What made it even more frustrating was the fact that we weren’t made aware of this when we gave the birthday cake to staff when we first came into the restaurant. We weren’t allowed to eat our own birthday cake that we had bought in because of allergy issues and the restaurant won’t take responsibility if any issues arise. I had baked the cake myself and obviously know if my family have any allergies. The manager I spoke with was not very apologetic or helpful at all. Seemed like once they have your money they don’t care about customer service afterwards. We spent over £500 in this restaurant and what was suppose to be a special occasion was utterly ruined by this managers attitude. It’s such a shame as before this happened everyone was saying how much they enjoyed the food and how they’ll be back, but this has left a sour taste and none of us will be back or recommend this place to anyone else. Just a warning for others who may want to have a special occasion in this restaurant as they also hire out a private dining room you won’t be allowed to bring your own cake in to eat."

"A mixed review, venue is OK, staff friendly, tables and seating area outside could do with a good sweep thorough and clean. Toilets were pretty disgusting in the ladies. We arrived at around 6 on a Friday, it wasn't busy by any means, but perhaps there was a reason for this! We had two meals, one fish and chips, which my other half says was edible. I unfortunately went for one of the specials, langoustine tails with pasta. I anticipated given it is on the coast, the tails would be spot on and pasta in a lovely rich sauce. The langoustine tails were like rubber, the spaghetti had been either broken, or chopped into pieces around 4 long, and all was luke warm and floating in a rather worrying clear liquid which had no taste whatsoever. Sprinkled with cheese of an inane sort. This and our drinks cost over £40. No we didn't complain, and should have done at the time, but I just didn't want the hassle quite honestly. V disappointed as we don't get away often and the meal was supposed to be a relaxing start of our weekend away."

"Myself, husband and son were in Windsor for the day as part of my son's 18th Birthday celebrations. Where we went for lunch was his pick and he really fancied a burger so Gourmet Burger Kitchen seemed an obvious choice. I have to say I'm not the biggest burger fan so the thought of a burger restaurant didn't thrill me. Firstly we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who quickly sat us down. The menu choice was impressive and despite initial reservations I found several items that sounded tempting. I decided to opt for the Chargrilled Chicken Satay Burger and went for the bunless option. My son had The Mighty with fries and onion rings and the husband had The Major Tom with the addition of avocado and bacon. Drinks wise we had an Oreo milkshake, Ginger Beer and a makeshift Mocha as it is not something on their menu but our helpful server was very quick to oblige and create a Mocha for us. For someone who was decidedly underwhelmed at the thought of a burger restaurant it was the most delicious meal I've had in a long time. My bunless burger was served with Homeslaw and corn in place of a bun, a very nice substitute. As for my husband and son ...well firstly my son was beaten by his massive burger which is a first big my husband polished off his. In conclusion great food made even better by the fabulous staff. Thank you we will be back next time we visit."

"The restaurant serves only the best dishes. We started with delicious chicken wings in a tasty grill sauce, followed by a steak that literally melted in our mouths, paired with an equally delicious butter and garlic sauce. We ended our meal with apple crumble and ice cream. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing a great dining experience. The classic rock music playing in the background added to the atmosphere. We will definitely be returning for more!"
