"I had booked an afternoon tea at this restaurant but when I arrived, I was informed that they only offer afternoon tea on weekends, which was not specified on their website. The staff mentioned that they had tried to call me to inform me, but it was only one hour before my appointment and I did not receive any call. This was a disappointing experience, especially since I had planned this as a special outing with my children who were also disappointed."

I called to cancel my reservation. No one picked up, I was passed back and forth. Once out through I couldn’t leave a message on the answering machine. Communication is extremely poor.

Went for afternoon tea and would not recommend at all. Staff didn't seem to know what was going on, couldn't taste any salmon in sandwiches, no Victoria sponge and was not offered any different types of tea. Overall very disappointing. View menu

The restaurant lacked any ambiance. It was eerily quiet when we arrived, so we felt hesitant to speak louder than whispers. Some background music would have helped to overcome the dull silence and create a better atmosphere. We only had our main course there, but we ended up having our desserts in the bar area, which was much more lively and attractive.

I wouldn't say that this was jewel in the coronary fine eating, but eating was mostly good, appetit and we are presented. one of our party was not hit by the sea bass main, but others enjoyed their choice. the problems caused by the unsatisfactory mark were mainly due to the availability of wine or the lack of wine and also the desert. the service of one or two of the employees also lacked if the restaurant wants to be highly recommended.
