We had a fantastic evening here. Food was delicious, staff T and Gupta were so helpful and friendly, service was excellent and milkshakes were the best. I was very disappointed with my visit. I enjoyed 7 Bone in Camberley a few years ago, but after trying the Staines location, I understand why it wasn’t busy. We spent nearly £20 each on a burger meal, and it was tasteless. The only dish with any flavor was the truffle mac and cheese. There were no options to customize the burgers by adding salad if they didn’t come with it. We were indecisive between this place and GBK and, unfortunately, made the wrong choice. Used to be qigh quality restaurant, but lately the fries delivered is lacking salt and the worst of all the chicken burger is impossible to chew like come on , is this customer punishment or something? 20 pounds were not refunded gone to the trash can unfortunately. I am thinking of making a youtube video honestly about restaurants that have turned from perfect to bad and include 7bone. Absolutely love it here my husband and I come all the time as we always receive great food and great service but tonight we took our family who are over from America and wow they were amazed they loved their burgers and seasoned fries they fell in love with the biscoff milkshake and to top it off as always the staff were brilliant on hand for anything went through the menu with our guests and had a good laugh with them so thankyou thankyou for making there last night here one of the best Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Dirty Fries, Hamburger, Donald J Trump Burger, Chili Cheese

On a positive note, the milkshakes were fantastic, but the starter wings were overly sweet and not enjoyable. When the waitress came to ask how our meal was, I told her it was terrible since I received the wrong burger. I did compliment the milkshakes, but also mentioned the poster on the wall that said something like "not as good as McDonald's" – which I thought was more truthful than funny. She laughed, but I insisted I was serious about my dissatisfaction. After our conversation, I was informed that she walked away in tears when the manager came to check on us.
