"We had a really lovely time at the Daisy Cafe for a late morning breakfast. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and they are truly dog friendly our flat coated retriever Nisha was given such a fuss and ended up having a sausage before our order was taken : I wish we lived closer but hope to return sometime maybe in the summer and enjoy lunch in the lovely little garden. This is a gem of a cafe and would recommend to anyone. Well worth a visit the one and only down side is finding somewhere to park."

"Enjoyed a cracking early lunch here today 24/9 with 4 adults in our party. Plenty of free parking for guests and easily accessible from major Exeter road links. Nice cosy atmosphere where we were warmly greeted, the venue spotlessly clean. The menu was well described and didn't disapoint. We all chose individually having steaks,ribs and burgers accompanied by vegetables and salads.The food was expertly cooked presented exactly as described. Our server was we think called Stu who was attentive without being intrusive, polite and professional guided us through the food drinks menu with an obvious knowledge. We can't recommend enough and looking forward to returning enjoy an evening meal there soon in the future."

"Cannot fault the food. We had 3 courses of hot, tasty and beautifully presented food. However the service was very very slow and not terribly professional. The cutlery and table wear mediocre. Given it is the end of October the room was cold as the front door was propped open. Given all that I would go back for the food but not the overall dining experience. "Awful we got there for 7.30pm we ordered a starter this took an hour to come out the starter was nice though Then had to wait another hour for our main We ordered 3 steaks all cooked medium rare but what came out was nothing short of boot leather so much so we didn’t eat it and the batter on the fish and chips was watery I did say to the owner when they came over to see how the food was and she said there was nothing they could do as they only had one steak left When going to pay the bill I said to the owners about this and explained calmly and politely about what had happened the man behind the bar had kept the steaks and cut them up to show me the smallest speck of red meat which a apparently makes it medium rare "
