Afternoon tea with my daughter a Christmas present treat ..lovely afternoon tea staff helpful

Dj was terrible. My turkey was not hot enough been going there 3 years running and tonight was bit let down

Went for afternoon tea. Was lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. The afternoon tea is to die for! Would come again and hope to stay a night!!

Great hotel! Our room was located across from the main building, which was a plus. The clientele here tends to be older, which means it’s a quiet atmosphere without children around, something we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place. Rooms: The thick walls and leaded windows date back to the Tudor era, yet the rooms and furnishings are both comfortable and modern. Nearby activities: Within a short drive, you'll find many picturesque Cotswold villages and towns, full of character and thatched rooftops. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and hiking. Walkability: The terrain is mostly flat, making it easy to stroll for miles through scenic villages and fields. Food and drinks: Enjoy excellent food and beverages at the main restaurant or the bar, all served in a cozy part of the hotel that showcases its rich history.

Beautiful hotel which has kept most of its original features including the priest hole. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough. We had 3 spa treatments which were absolutely amazing. Great food and other guest very friendly. Definitely going back. If you appreciate old buildings, luxury and relaxing with quality service this is the place to go. There are also many things to do. Shakespears birth place, the motor and toy museum in the Beautiful Broughton on water and a fantastic distillery tour and tasting. It has taken a while to write this review as we were Married at Salford Hall on 29th June 2023. Well the only word that springs to mind is PERFECT !! From our appointment with Lizzy Ops Mgr. who sold this amazing venue to us, then handed over to Keeleigh events Manager/Wedding Planner the whole process has been a joy. Keeleigh was available whenever required, putting us at ease and absorbing our needs. On the day the whole Team were amazing. From the ceremony right through to the evening Keeleigh kept everything flowing perfectly. Venue, Ceremony, Food/Wedding Reception etc was top draw and we are still pinching ourselves with the memories of our amazingly beautiful DAY !! So thanks again Te... View menu
