What a find! We were staying in Sestri (about 20 mins away) and thought everywhere looked a bit touristy, so found this little gem on Google maps. There is no menu, just a fixed price including water and table wine. Each course (of which there were 7 an amuse bouche) was delicious. The family who run the place are lovely, hard-working and efficient. I wish I lived closer to here as we would be there every week!

OK, so its away from the coast and you need a car, its also difficult to park once you arrive but that should not detract as what you get is great local food well cooked and we had the house wine which was very acceptable. Its a fixed menu which varies a bit from week to week, the quality was very good, the service very friendly and the location was exactly as you see in the photo. Impossible to write something that has not already been written about this fantastic and VERO farm on the heights of Casarza. Olivettes are a certainty! Deborah, Cristian and all the staff will welcome you in a beautiful family atmosphere. Password? The seasonality of the products. Typical Ligurian cuisine, the most good Ravioli ever tried, savory cakes, excellent meats, testaieu, asado, mixed fried, every time a surprise. Plentiful dishes and cooked optimally! All watered by good house wine! You will be sure to be satisfied and for you it will be a fixed appointment for a fantastic dinner or a Sunday lunch!

Had lunch here while visiting friends in Sestri, and it was absolutely well worth the trip up the hills to this place. The location is very nice, with a good view on the surrounding hills. The restaurant is also very nice, with some outdoors space and an ample indoors room. You need a car to get there, and finding parking space is not easy, but, again, it's not a reason to be deterred. The food is really great: typical, homemade, regional cuisine. In our case, the menu was set (we were a group of 6 plus children), which for us was definitely not a problem. We had 4 starters, 2 pasta dishes and a meat dish, all delicious and abundant. Good service, and very reasonable price, too.

We had dinner at Olivetti with a group of friends. We drove a narrow winding road uphill to reach a tiny lovely village called Cardini where the restaurant is located. I immediately liked the decoration of the room, and the warm welcome by the owners. The food was just excellent from the beginning to the end. The menu you do not have to choose, they serve the same food to all clients is prepared with ingredients according to the season, mostly from their own production. Special mention to a sort of local tortilla called “testaieu” with a pesto spread on it and to the ravioli, to the “crespelle” and to the rabbit prepared according to the Ligurian way.
