"Comme son nom l'indique, Ahwash est un concept store dont le concept (non affiché) consiste essentiellement à se moquer du client. Sous des dehors assez clinquants et roots à la fois, l'établissement affiche une cuisine fusion berbèro-bobo qui opère surtout la fusion entre des prix prohibitifs et des portions misérables.Ainsi pour 18€, nous avons droit soit à une souri d'agneaux liliputienne façon méchoui accompagnée de quelques légumes à couscous, soit à une grillade, en fait 2 merguez non cuite et une portion étique de kefta servie avec une micro louche de semoule. Après un retour par les cuisine, le chef se permet de nous resservir les merguez toujours aussi peu cuites. Passons... Service souriant et attentionné mais qui s'arrête là car malgré nos remarques aucun geste n'aura suivi. Mieux vaut donc passer votre chemin malgré une terrasse alléchante..."
