"braceria restaurant near gavi, we happened after we were at the outlet of greenhousevalles. the place is really beautiful, you can eat inside and is an air-conditioned room, both outside in the beautiful summer yard that have inside (time permitting.) the service is well maintained, kind and professional waiters, very parking, outdoor space in the garden with swinging slide for children. they have meat dishes, especially grilled meat, but I saw that they also make fish . we ordered two appetizers and two seconds followed by dessert. a la carte: my partner and I a tris of really good tartare, you immediately understand the quality of the raw materials, then two cut, I with the chestnut and my companion with the burrata that is put on the meat in ocita, sweet a good classic tiramisu and I sorbetto pee and calvados. drink, I have chosen a great Nebbiolo a glass, my partner a beer selection . price paid for the quality of the product, for the local and for the service, on average a good restaurant. "Fantastica serata, scelto su internet tra tanti, si è rivelato una bellissima sorpresa. Dell'accoglienza, il locale pulito ordinato e curato con amore, la gentilezza e la professionalità della cameriera, la cura del menù, che offre piatti originali nel rispetto delle tradizioni sia liguri che piemontesi. Siccome era il compleanno di mia figlia, ho chiesto gentilmente se era possibile avere una torta e lo chef ci ha deliziato con una caprese al cioccolato favolosa. Da notare avendo prenotato al mattino per la sera stessa. Il giovane cuoco è,a dir poco bravissimo, si vede e si sente la sua passione per la cucina nei suoi piatti, curato nel dettaglio. Torneremo sicuramente. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Provatelo super consigliato. I gnocchetti con Castelmagno noci e miele....da paura."

"Be advised that this is a place that the savvy locals all frequent on a regular basis. So the menu completely changes every day. Thus, the items you see people raving about might not be available on the day you go. However you can count on the fact that whatever is available will be exquisite. My wife and I drove there from Ovada for lunch and the onion soup with croutons was absoutely not what one would expect. A cream of potatoe soup with th eost delicious onion flavor ever and also the most delicious croutons (which I don't usually like) ever. And the pasta was divine as well. So the next day we took our two friends there and the menu was completely different and once again, everything delicious. Super friendly and they even speak some English. Highly recommended. Oh yeah. The price I thought there must be some mistake. I would think that just the delicious split of Bonarda would have cost the price that the whole meal cost. Amazing. Please give a generous tip!"

"We decide to celebrate New Year 's Eve, intrigued by the advertising and the menu with entertainment. They start with the appetizers after an hour, there were 3 courses and then continue with the first courses, at 11.49pm we point out that instead of toasting with the cotechino and sparkling wine as indicated on the menu, we still have to eat the first course. We point out at 11.57pm that we have neither eaten nor anything to toast the stroke of midnight. We are immediately brought the flutes which we don 't know where they came from as they are all opaque and one with a nice little spider, we toast and go out to smoke. At 00.14 they bring us the first course, we are asked if everything is fine and we say that nothing and everything I listed above was fine, we ask to speak to the chef but we are told that he couldn 't at the moment. Let 's forget about food, raw rice, stinky fish and melting prawns. The waiters don 't even know which way they are facing and perhaps I would say the problem is general. Everything is bad. Let 's end the controversy there, we 're still here eating the second course, when as written on the menu after the show (which ended more than an hour ago) we should have finished it a long time ago.
