Il servizio è cordiale e caloroso, la ciligiena sulla torta che accompagna una cucina tradizionale,ma mai scontata. Ampia e gustosa scelta per vegetariani. La carta dei vini propone una scelta ristretta, ma comunque soddisfacente e orientata principalmente ai vini del territorio. Locale caratteristico, pulito ed accogliente. Decisamente Pet friendly!"

"I am honored and astounded to be the first to review this magical food-meets-forest experience. Granted, a car is needed to reach this pinnacle of Soriano nel Cimino dining, accessible via wending tree-lined roads, up and up the mountain. But it is well-worth the adventure. First, the menu: regional, traditional, seasonal. Started with carpaccio (in this case, more preserved beef than raw), moved on to a primi of chestnut and porcini pockets in a cream sauce, and then to a secondi of veal on polenta, topped with porcini mushrooms (can't get enough)! The beef, interesting, the pasta, heaven on earth, the veal, hearty and delicious. All, accompanied by the owner's pick of affordable and absolutely suitable vino rosso. "Oggi ho mangiato al 'Il Carolino ' un piatto della tradizione popolare e della cucina tipica: La zuppa di Ceci e Castagne.
