Michelin 1-star very well deserved! The 60 euro tasting menu with wine pairing left us very full and drunk.

The food is not 5 stars is 10. I thought it was all good. a great warm and a great deal of the product. But the slowness between dish and dish seems exaggerated. In 3 desserts it took more than an hour. I'd have my 5 stars if it wasn't for this slowness.
