"due to the almost tropical temperatures in leipzig, it is difficult to make some sense in the midday of the latein, especially when they visit most of the muses already on the morning. on the afternoon we spent the alex on the fiess market, which was mainly due to the fact that it had a large terrace with even bigger sunshade that shaded. since we had already eaten (in the alex they could order different salads, burgers, fries etc. for the central location tolerated trips,) we have ordered only one drink. I decided to refresh the homemade limette minzlimonade a real refreshment during this weather. I have paid for € 4,50, which in the round or k, but I found it very bad to find the individual wounded mint leaves and a dead ame. I also found a little pity that they had no chance to order another or a small snack, as it only takes a waiter for the entire outdoor area with me, it was more than 100 places maybe even 200 places in responsibility. yet I can recommend the alex, they can sit beautifully in the shadow and have a wonderful view; either on the wallet or the old ratt house as well as the passage in the auerbachs cellar."

Alex Restaurants are included in the Amex Dining Promotion. I’ve visited multiple locations and they’ve always been really good. Unfortunately the one in Leipzig doesn’t seem to be very customer focused. Also there is NO air conditioning inside the restaurant on a hot summers day. The customer service is far to be desired. Basically extremely rude and not focused on the customer.

Yesterday we were at ALEX actually I would forgive 5 stars. However, the first waiter apparently had no interest in receiving our orders. After he had easily spilled my drink over my pants and had apparently not noticed this, he no longer came back to us for a food order. Only when we spoke to another waiter was the visit turned off by a Fiasko. The food was tasty and until one waiter were all friendly.
