"I am a bit shy and tend to not go to lunch in restaurants when shopping out, tend to prefer the more casual coffee shop offers, but that was a birthday shopping day, so decided to something a little more demanding and especially. my daughter and I had looked at the menus of a few restaurants, as we were wondering through st albans, and the worth lunch deal attracted us, curiosity was rewarded as we emerged from the long corridor into a beautiful dining room! the service was the right mix of attentive, helpful and yet not overlaid. the lunch menu had a lot of choice and represented very good value for money. the food was freshly cooked to order and delicious! I plan now to justify return visits with family and friends! no coffee shop preps led toasties when I am in st albans! the only disadvantage was that the clean and well-equipped toilets are located on a treppenweg without hindrance."

Advertised opening time for lunch is 12:00. We arrived early for our 12:15 booking, and found the door locked. When the door was still locked at 12:25 we gave up and went elsewhere.

6 pm booking for 4. Door locked tight. Didn’t answer phone or email query. No notice in door to say it had shut. Went to Cote next door who were more than happy to take our money. Don’t bother.

Did a online reservation for 7.30pm but it was closed, no sign and doors were locked. I managed to call someone and they said it gone out of business so I told them to stop taking online reservation. DONT BOTHER WITH THEM !!!!!!!!! View menu

Little gem at the end of a long corridor lol Don’t pass it if you fancy authentic Italian cuisine. Absolutely delicious food and we got a FREE BOTTLE OF WINE Special Offer!! Would definitely recommend it. Great service, lovely food and a great environment. We’ll be back!!

A hidden treasure with excellent food, friendly service and an airy ambiance. We started with bruschetta classica, which we shared. I had spaghetti alla marinara which was very tasty and my friend had a vegetarian meal. The food was freshly cooked and looked and smelled amazing, It was well worth the money we paid.
