"restaurant in a historic quarter. we have eaten there in the evening of the 16th juli with family and friends (6 people) during a trip through the Rhine Valley to evening. without reservation, very warm reception and installation in an old, historic room (with associated decoration) light a little weak for eating, but it is authentic and traditional dishes of the country. delicious cuisine, it remains a good address, even if the price-performance ratio remains on average"

We made a reservation for three persons in advance but the restaurant was half empty. Nevertheless it took us over one and a half hours to actually get the food we ordered. No explanations or anything either. I wouldn't recommend this place for dining.

the "old house" from the year 1568 (naturally renovated) is definitely worth a visit. very tasteful ambiente, with a cosy, rather calm atmosphere. We ordered a barley dish in the evening. in the amount ' manageable' but in taste by pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil excellently composed with parmesan and Rukola pesto something for fine-smelling. service friendly. clear recommendation.
