"It started at the top but unfortunately it ended up being a downturn. The reception here was pleasant. The restaurant gave a very positive impression as we took the elevator up to the 4th floor. A positive restaurant manager showed us to our table and we took his recommendations on wine. We were served some wonderful starters while waiting for the steaks we had ordered. Most of us went for the sharing menu. The downturn had now begun. We waited extremely long for our orders. We sat there with empty glasses for a long time. One of the guests had to order the same beer three times before it appeared. When the main course was served we all discovered that none of the steaks were cooked as we had requested. That in combination with sitting there with empty glasses made us reasonably frustrated. Finally, one of us left the table to pick up our wine. We had in fact ordered magnum bottles that were placed out of our reach. Otherwise we could have just served ourselves. Something we finally did, but then we had to go get the bottle ourselves. The result was that we left the restaurant without drinking one of the magnum bottles. It was enough when the table next to us was filled with guests who made quite a lot of noise. I think the staff suspected that we were ultimately dissatisfied, but then it was too late. We just wanted to leave the place. Part of the problem here is probably that the restaurant is understaffed. To us, it seemed like they only had one waitress at work. This is far too little seen as to the size of the restaurant. He was unable to follow up the guests in a satisfactory manner."

Ein sehr schönes, neu umgebautes Hotel mit 2 Restaurants. Grill und Buffet. Wir waren im Grill. Sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Bedienung. Fisch und Tomatensuppe waren sehr gut. Die Rips mit Ofenkartoffel ebenfalls. Am Nebentisch würde ein 2,2 Kilo Steak bestellt. Die haben geschwärmt. Es wäre in gelungener Abend.

Excellent service from all who helped us; nice welcome. Good varied menu, the Ceviche was great, and our steaks perfectly cooked with delicious frits. Chocolate Cake Dessert was a delicious end to our meal. Good selection of local wines. It was an expensive meal €279 for 2 incl. Aperitif, 3 courses and wine), but it is worthwhile for service and quality.

Das Altitude-Buffet ist ein sehr neues Restaurant. Wir waren zum Abendessen dort und haben das Buffet sehr genossen. Sie bereiten alles selbst zu und das schmeckt man. Sehr zufrieden waren wir auch mit dem aufmerksamen Service. Das beste ist wahrscheinlich der schöne Ausblick über das Lichtermeer von Hinterglemm und die Berge. Wir können nur empfehlen, dass Altitude-Buffet einmal auszuprobieren!!

The Altitude Grill at Adler Resort is a breath of fresh air between all the schnitzel restaurants in Hinterglemm. Not only that, the steaks and burgers are cooked to perfection, presentation is beautiful and taste is very good. We were a party of 6, we had different starters and mains and could not fault any of the dishes. Service very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in Hinterglemm. Chef Harry is doing a great job here.

Booked Altitude for the first time for daughters birthday, an on line booking for a Tuesday evening.....not remember Tuesday was sushi night! (Nothing was wrong with sushi, but was for the steak! . Get a text the next day of Verena check that we knew it was sushi night, the booking was slightly changed by Verena to another night. Guessing that it was my daughter's birthday and after a nice meal with great service we were then presented with a beautiful birthday cake, so a nice personal and very appreciated touch thank you. We will definitely return during a future visit

We were happy enough to be in the bar area restaurant in a beautiful corner table with open view over Hinterglemm and illuminated night skiing.
