"I ordered a Chicken Curry with a Naan Bread and a beer. The beer was great. The Naan bread wasn't made from fresh and had been heated and then singed to make it look cooked. The salad wasn't fresh either and the rice was cold....When it came for time to pay I was told that they only take cash. When I offered to go to a cash till I was asked to leave something behind because they couldn't trust me! I was then walked to the cash till by a waiter and I went back and paid for the worst Indian meal and restaurant experience that I've had in a long time. Avoid at all cost. Poor food and a worse attitude."

for only drinks that an old needed to arrive. the bill was 7,70 euro, we paid with a 10 euro note and the male waiter just went away with the money and did not even offer the change and we would certainly not have left a tipp.

We live in the neighbourhood and sit at Amber quite a lot. This is not the best Indian food you will find in Berlin, but it is still really good. The prices are really low, and the atmosphere is always happy (if it's summer and...everyone are sitting outside... . Service is also good. I read some awful reviews here from 2015-2016, but I guess something changed since then. I would recommend if you live in the area.
