"in any case, this restaurant would not recommend. room was really cold. eating was less than satisfactory. fish was boiled, actually served raw in the middle. the waitress took it away and apologised, but the salad was already on the teller and did not return with the freshly cooked fish. my man had already eaten his steak when my fish came back on the table. to complete it, all service fee of £8.80 was taken over on the bill!"

On arrival the concierge failed to find our booking. He was very rude and dismissive and said that we can wait to one size while he try’s to free up something but it was very lack lustre. I would definitely not recommend any dinning in this establishment

Service was excellent despite a new waitress being trained. Manager very attentive when asked re:gluten free options and wanted to please. Lovely evening spent with family. We also stayed at the hotel for my daughters graduation and everything was excellent, well done Apex keep up the good work

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant had no atmosphere. The food was okay, but nothing special. All that was available was a fixed menu which did provide good value for money, but it would have been nice if the a la carte menu had been available. We ordered a bottle of champagne which turned up warm and needed to be chilled. The staff took it away and put it in a chiller, bringing it back half way through our meal
