"Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver our complete order initially, and when they finally did, it took an additional hour even though we were only two minutes away. We had specifically requested for the sauces to be separate from the kebab, but they disregarded our request and ended up smothering the food with the sauces, rendering it inedible as they were meant for a different meal. When we contacted them to request a replacement, they were unhelpful and we were left with no choice but to throw away the kebab. The lack of customer service and negative attitude we encountered when trying to resolve the issue was unacceptable. This was our second negative experience with this takeaway in a short period of time and we would not recommend it to anyone."

I usually don't like to complain, but I typically order food from this restaurant and pick it up myself, and it's always fresh. However, I decided to have it delivered tonight while my child was sleeping, and I was disappointed. The chips and pizza were not fresh and were cold.

Been ordering from Arizona for years now. Food always tastes amazing. We collected this time and food was ready for when we got there, even though they were really busy. Every time we've had a delivery it's been on time or early and food always arrived Hot! Have tried other places now and again but doesn't compare and actually much prefer Arizona.
