"Once yesterday I did this in order to order Mrs Nguyen by phone with a view to her new home in Saarland. A second Happy New Year would then be due on the 1st February, as the Vietnamese New Year begins with the Tet Festival in 2022, the year of the Water Tiger, also called the Feast of the First Morning, which is celebrated in Vietnam for three days.S or so, Ms. Nguyen cordially rejoiced about my good wishes and replied. It is still the case that the Nguyen family still offers a pick-up service and the Bistro is still closed. When picking up my order yesterday, I carefully asked them if you don't think about opening the bistro again. Yes, in principle, it should be remembered, but there has not yet been a concrete appointment, especially since a multi-week trip to the old home of Vietnam was made in Bälde. Well, now everyone can think what he wants; I personally believe that the Nguyens are so good with their excellent pick-up business that they no longer need the bistro: no sinking of guest dishes, no cleansing of tables, no figs of the guest room, no cleansing of the guest toilet and and and and all that falls flat. No matter, we will keep Asia kitchen bistro snack Linh and the Nguyens so or so loyalty. We ordered yesterday 2 Vietnamese Nem with fish sauce (EUR 3,50), 6 baked Wantan (EUR 3,20), soup canh chua Vietnam with beef and vegetables (sauer-sharp soup) (EUR 3,70), fried noodles with egg, vegetables and mixed meat (cow, beef, pig) (EUR 8,00) and meat bisk (Huhnschwein) Everything was best packed by Mrs. Nguyen; I paid EUR 26,90 and went home with the advertised after good New Year's wishes on both sides. Yesterday in the early evening the streets were good free, almost twelve minutes took the ride and all the dishes, especially the soup, were still hot. Where we are at the soup: yesterday Mr. Nguyen had leaned out of the window with their production; so mad and especially so hot she had never been before!!! For me everything a little too much; soon I will order the Vietnamese chicken soup never tried. My wife had a lot of pleasure and with her Vietnamese Nem and the baked Wantan; everything she wants. I don't like the Wantan baked like that, but in the soup I like it very much. The meat locomotive, not yet ordered, could very well please my fried noodles with three kinds of meat and egg (I unfortunately forgot to photograph this dish) also did so. To my favorite noodle dish in Linh, the curry noodles with chicken meat, shrimp, vegetables and egg, however, they are not quite suitable. Conclusion : Also in 2002, in the year of the water heater, the linh can count on several Simba organs."
