"Disappointed yesterday evening of an order that was not the usual reflection of what we were able to order before, the quality of the hamburgers was not at the rendezvous despite paying between 14 and 17€ the menu. A total lack of empathy to the client, with a justification that had no relation to the appeal. And seeing other opinions, I realize that I’m not the only one to have had a disappointment with this friery that I felt a lot before this famous order. In hoping that the remarks will be taken into account and constructively for an improvement of the service without returning the fault to the customer for X reasons. I can’t add a photo to the opinion but no worries I’ll send it to you by message to a number that you didn’t propose and I’m not the first or second person you had on the phone. I don't see how two different people can be there. And if the first person got upset on the phone, unfortunately, it is because you insinuate that it was not true that he could have mistakes on the Hamburgers.
