""Le Pourquoi Pas" remains "une valeur sure"; in other word it holds good ratings for food and service. However the restaurant has lost some of its lust in the past year, dishes are served well presented but the chef only dares to measure himself against the grand classiques of french cuisine whereas in the past you would book a table at the "pourquoi pas" expecting to be presented with something exquisite and original, a suggestion of flavours and textures carefully married, open to criticism but mostly delivering pleasure to your taste buds.Those days are gone and now you can expect locally sourced ingredients successfully laid on a hot plate, but for a rather steep price (around 40€ for a 3 courses menu) which would buy you more elaborated diner in a neighbouring michelin star restaurant. The service is courteous but amateurish, missing water glass, no sharp/meat knife offered with a red meat dish. Be aware the menu doesn't cater for Vegetarian, Vegan, Lactose free, Gluten Free customers and when challenged with such issue the staff will simply give you a good old French shoulder shake "That eez thee wayyyy we always did it Monsieur sorry" once again other fine restaurants in Dijon will be a lot more accommodating and creative to help you find and enjoy the best dishes.Restaurant only opens in the evening!"

we have reserved and that is good reason. the restaurant was booked. the dishes were very tasteful, the service super friendly and the location chic. we were all satisfied.

dinner of 22 August service unreproachable, welcome smiling! a pretty vautee room .we have to choose the gourmet menu...which bears its name well .I recommend the cooked bar on skin that is excellent !

"neophytes in starred restaurant, we came to taste the menu over the village. Correct home with a delicate touch around 20 o'clock.Aperitives = 2 champagne cups with 14 euros. (Well)Amusing mouths not bad without choice of bof bread!Snails, great fiddles, superb meurette eggs, alas for the revisitation of this dish, you have to work the white in the van part, it's too cooked, it's no more of the egg it's a fade plastic, and in addition it's almost cold. and then this sweet cassis backs in bonus, pouah!!!!!!!! The beef tail in Burgundy, it passes but it's still not hot! The cheeses, the burgundy being not known for its cheeses, it is at the auction!After it is the sweet part, including well the approach of this establishment, I can unfortunately only find that, notwithstanding the technical work and the obvious search of singularity, all these desserts and mignardises are only sugar, killing the gout of the base product too long. These agreed in all respects with the dishes and I thank him for it. The large number of staff is mostly young, affable, dedicated and helpful without being obsessive. correctly reciting what his leadership probably asks him.
