"Heureusement que "au fil du zinc" est ferme le mercredi car cela nous a permis de découvrir les "3 bourgeons"!!Avec une petite équipe de 3 japonais, dont 2 en cuisine 2 et la patronne en salle, on nous propose des petits menus excellents, notamment des "œufs en meurettes" revisited à la Japonaise!!!, un foie gras excellent, une lotte avec des aubergines originales etc!Et également une carte des vins variée et très abordable! Le cadre est simple , un peu minimaliste mais on se sent très bien! À découvrir donc!"

"Very well located, close to downtown and Chablis cellars. varied breakfast and good value for money. The restaurant is very good too, we would have liked to eat there every day but lack of variety in the map. The wine menu offers a very wide selection of good wines. The only small flat we raise is the bed of the standard room too small given the price of this room. A 160 bed would have been appreciated. We went there for a weekend with Monday holidays... Almost everything is closed in the city on Sunday and Monday. That's a shame. We will return to this region with pleasure."

"Restaurant in the center of Chablis. Full restaurant on Saturday night with only 2 very nice but very busy servers. They were asked for water, bread... Rare options for vegans and vegetarians. After several requests, ( Pizzas being only to take away... we were offered to make the fine pie to vegans and the main vegetable plate. The vegetable plate was of a small quantity and a fade, no sauce and no freshly toasted potatoes. The fries were not cooked and therefore immutable in the dish. Wine Côte de Nuit 2018... not excellent We are disappointed."

"Very inventive cuisine, several of our dishes were succulent and original (salade, fish, tartare). We had a good one and kept a good memory of our dishes. prices are correct given the quality/quantity. The dishes are copied. the wine list is well-stocked and there were good wines with glass (de chablis) at good prices. The room is nice and comfortable. We were with our young child and greatly appreciated the presence of high chairs and a changing table."
