"We were a party of 10 including small children and elderly. This restaurant serves simple Auberge food, nothing special nor complicated. We waited over 2 hours from receipt of our starters to our main courses . We politely asked several times about the delay. We finally received our order around 23:00, by then we were cold and no longer hungry. We asked for the bill and the cook arrived. He told us very loudly and abruptly that if we expected fast food then we should eat at McDonald's. I know of others who have experienced similar slow service. Do not eat here, as suggested by the cook; go to McDonald's.. the burgers are a lot better as well."

this hostel provides you a warm welcome, however, food does not seem totally made home. chocolate melting is still good, and I recommend for the cozy environment.

super little campagnarde inn! the reception is warm, the terrace offers a magnificent view of the Geneva basin and the kitchen is simple but neat and delicious for very good prices! Always a pleasure to return!

Here is a simple place, where we are very well welcomed by more than friendly people. a simple, neat and excellent kitchen. a value for money that surprises the country of gex. In short, this is the place to go when you want to eat well but simply and not too expensive. the perches nets are just excellent, idem for the steak tartare or hamburgers. The shares are generous.

a beautiful hostel in a beautiful setting! a view of the Geneva basin on a terrace to breathe. The interior is simple but decorated with a lot of taste. the friendly and warm team. I don't know what makes you feel comfortable right now. The dishes are nicely served and copied. The children are treated to the little onions;-) in short, the real inn where it makes good come and where it is well. a place where you are greeted with a smile and where you come back with pleasure. Thank you.

The one and only restaurant in my village gets my thumbs up. I have not had lunch there; in the evenings the restaurant offers a short menu plus the usual variety of pizzas. The pizzas are quite OK, from the menu I can recommend the fish and chips. The steak I once had was a bit tough and a big salad another time suffered from a mediocre dressing. Be sure to taste the village wine (Domaine des Mucelles). In good weather the terrasse offers beautiful views. Good service, at least for regulars.

"We arrived on our roadbikes on a Sunday, hungry and looking forward to a nice lunch on the terrace. The waitress was friendly and quickly took our order. About 20 minutes later, the patronne arrived at our table and claimed only she could take food orders, and we were in a queue behind others. Not a good start, seemed rather odd and inefficient... Our drinks arrived 35 minutes after sitting down. When we enquired when our salads and plate of cold hams would be arriving (we 'd been there 40 minutes , we were told this was not a restaurant where you should be in a hurry. In the meantime, the table next to us, who’d had a large 3-course lunch and wine, asked to pay. They were told no credit cards are accepted. The husband was embarassed, and started to count out his Euros as he had no Swiss Francs... only to be informed by the patronne , that the establishment is a restaurant and not a bank!! Outrageous given the prices charged (CHF 40+ for a main course and given it 's aspiration to be an upmarket establishment (one that clearly does not welcome cyclists ... . We cancelled our food order, asked for the bill, and left. The only reason for the one star rating is that the mise en bouche was tasty. We know the good restaurants in the Geneva region and will certainly not return to this one only to be barked at by a bad-tempered pretentious “patronne” (who doesn 't even assist her one hard-working waitress who 's run off her feet ."
