A lovely room (and outside, too, when it is warm); a friendly, relaxed welcome; a menu that limits choices to those made with the freshest seasonal ingredients of the day; and dishes that reflect the chef’s passion to attenuate and complement the flavours of those ingredients. A wine list that covers the bases — especially for local wines — and attentive service that makes you almost feel you’re the home guests of close friends. L’Envol was like this before the pandemic and I was so happy to see this lovely hospitality hasn’t changed. Highly recommended — we will always come here when visiting the Luberon."

"Came here for a very late lunch got there jsut before 2pm when the restaurant closes. We weren’t sure they would be able to seat us as it was so late but wow they were so nice and friendly and super happy to accommodate us for lunch. My mum had the fixed price lunch menu (18 euros) for a chicken and rice main (with ginger and coriander) and brownie it was amazing value and both, especially the brownie were delicious. We also tried a number of entrees (foie gras always yummy) and an eggplant dish (this was ok) as well as a salmon tartare. We also had a coffee and mixed dessert plate to finish and this was exquisite. The team are super friendly and helpful. We had a few slight communication issues with the child’s meal but it all sort of worked out (only ended up with a tiny portion of it but meh). We really enjoyed our meal here and was honestly the best service ever Would definitely recommend"

"Reviews mixed on the restaurant. Server boss I think very friendly, dynamic and helpful. The dishes came just hot and not unbelievable. The child dish is expensive for 4 frozen nuggets. We wanted to pay the bill directly at the counter, the bartender asked us if our table was riddled it wasn't and then told me to wait for it to be rid of and then pay we do it here and so we waited 5 minutes for nothing. To make it simple is not bad but too expensive for what it is. Edited to answer the owner: We waited for a person to get rid of us. while I waited, I took the kid to the bathroom and I asked to pay. The person who told me to wait 5 minutes to get the bill was granted to the bar to speak with a person. She didn't send any hot dishes or dump a table. She just kept talking to the person at the bar. Talking about hot dishes when ours got here barely hot, it's all the same. I didn't mention the bathroom, but I'll do it. During our passage, they were dirty and hardly accessible."
