"A Michelin star, a Chef trained by the best, a personal touch based on a certain acidity of the dishes and you have the winning formula! The setting is polished, classy, plush, served by wait staff who are attentive to customers, smiling and very efficient. The cuisine is a mixture of traditional dishes (Bresse poultry, pollack or foie gras) to which Chef Mérot has brought his rather modern and daring touch . Not everything is up to expectations, which makes the quality of the menu quite uneven. The highlight of the “Marguerite Chabert” menu at €75 is undoubtedly the special oyster, with sweetbreads. A real taste gem! The wines are at very reasonable prices which allows you to vary the pleasures while remaining below the very high price for our taste food and wine pairing 5 glasses at 65€... Please note: Still water costs €5. The Auberge du Cep fully deserves its star and the quality/price ratio is one of the best in the region. A very good address !"
