Auberge du Vigneron

They eat well on a busy Sunday, and if they can, they sit outside, where there is a great prospect. is busy, the booking looked necessary.

we were in the l’auberge and enjoyed two evening meals in the restaurant. the food was excellent, very fresh and beautifully presented. the view from the terrace is amazing.

The food that we had was excellent. The service was the same. The décor is pleasant. The prices were higher than those to which we are accustomed so it seemed pricey to us but perhaps not for this class of restaurant.

Pricey. For example: Gazapacho 16E, Pasta from Les Maitres de Mon Moulin with vegetable 23E(? Good but no big deal. Sat in terrace with great views. Nice waiters but not very attentive. Saw waiters giving aperitive to other guests but not us.

A great traditional french menu to choose from with the food being presented beautifully and it was delicious. The atmosphere is calm and the terrace view is great. The waitress and waiter (who speaks excellent english) were charming. Thank you for a wonderful lunch.

We had a quality meal for two adults and three teenage sons from the menu du jour and it was great value at about £40 a head including drinks. We sat on the terrace and watched enthralled as a storm rolled in over the mountains....Service was leisured which left time to chat, enjoy and digest... We'd definitely go out of our way next time we're in the area.

We ate at this beautiful restaurant while staying in the hotel. The views were breath taking. We sat on the terrace overlooking the trees and the hills while enjoying a 3 course meal. The food was simply STUNNING. It looked beautiful, tasted beautiful and was...absolutely perfect. The staff are so friendly and they are thrilled to welcome you. We are real foodies and this was one of the best dining experiences we have had--at a very reasonable price. Can.not.reccomend.enough!

we had booked months before our arrival for five of us to come to dinner after a four-day hard walk on the sentier cathare. the most friendly the restaurant was opened for us only and what for an evening! each court was a manifestation and in. we all live together, although this was one of the best and most memorable meal times we ever had the luck to eat. cordial gratitude to l’auberge du vigneron. we will hesitate without moments to enjoy the ambiente and outstanding creative joys that are there to eat!

The food was acceptable, but not excellent. The service, however, was incredibly slow. We arrived and sat down at 730, but our waitress did not visit the table until 755. We received our main course at 945 over two hours after arriving! At 1000,...I paid the bill and left, without receiving my dessert. The waitress did not even remark on my not having received a course included in the menu. I understand there may be an issue with staffing, but perhaps the restaurant should stay closed until they have enough workers. The waitress remarked that everyone must wait their turn this evening hardly a professional attitude! Avoid.
