"I went there a first time with a group a few years ago and had a nice remembrance at this place, but this time either they changed own or cook as it was very common and expensive. white brot instead of a crusty baguette like. my American customers love it! cold tasteless dee pâté! pork, bark, fish main dish with tasteless vegetable identical garnels. only the crème brûlée was good! menu at €26.50 p.p. as we say « nothing worth writing after home! » I will not return! » too bad, as we wanted our Russian friend to taste good French cuisine. I hope it was better to remember during the 75th year! personal nice."

We enjoyed the service and building. The food and wine was excellent. Relaxing 4 course meal that was a good representation of a true French meal. Servers were attentive and tolerant of our lack of French speaking skills!

I look for classic French food, based around set menus, and having scouted round the town checking the options, I think I found the best place here. Maybe slightly above average price, but that seemed typical for the town.

Called in here as in October several of the recommended eateries were closed on a Saturday. The greeting was typically french slightly surly as was the service throughout. Table they took us to was next to kitchen doors so not good. Food was OK. Therefore...somewhat mixed thoughts about this place.

We were touring Normandy. Our guide recommended this restaurant. It was so good that we ate there twice. I think my son and I ate our bodily weight in fresh oysters! They tasted of the sea, perhaps because the sea was just a few kilometers...away. We also had the fixed price menu and good wine. It was well worth the stop.

We had two dinners here and the food is great the chef knows how to prepare the dish but because we where there twice we noticed that the cook only knows how to cook boring vegetables. And that is not nice. It seems all the...dishes get the same little heap of cooked vegies. The rest like starters and desert are great and also the main course is great but please change your vegie recept it does not do the main course a pleasure.

my man and I and another couple were very satisfied with our lunch and service. the restaurant is located in a very old building and was recommended to me by someone who worked in one of the shops. the atmosphere is charming and relaxing and. the food was well prepared and presented. we chose a fixed price menu. two of us had fish and the others had meat of one kind. we were glad to find this jewel and take the time to enjoy a cozy lunch.

We ate here two days in a row. Both meals were excellent. They serve local food and the portions are quite good. The quality is high end, without the exorbitant price tag that would come with a similar meal in a bigger city. Both nights...we got the three course set menu and were not disappointed. The wine list is small but good. The service was friendly. The servers’ English wasn’t great, but the menus are translated and we could make ourselves understood with no problem.

that is surely one of the most beautiful restaurants in the city. they gave us a warm reception and the meal began with delightful canapés with our aperitifs. we both started with smoked salmon, which was very good, followed by steaks who were delicious, but used, quite. much to cut. we agree with the previous poster who was disappointed in the choice of the brotes, without apologising if there is a large bakery right on the road. we had aux pommel and cheese to follow, both very good. we would return and recommend.
