Outstanding service, the staff were always super attentive despite the venue being large and really busy. Drinks were always quick and easy to order. The food was superb.

Everyone had such a great time last night at Balls Brothers for our annual pub quiz perfect private space downstairs in the Minster Suite The staff on the night were so lovely and helpful thank you for a smooth event!

Great if you like sandwiches as everything else such as tuna nicoise off the menu with no apology, asked if they could perhaps put together a chicken salad and the curt answer was “no”………..i wondered why on a busy Tuesday that they had many seats available, now i know. View menu

I had a burger, colleagues shared sandwiches. I tried their sandwiches and we all agreed that they were delicious. The burger i had was surprisingly excellent I will be going back for that. Staff did seem confused that everyone should have their own ketchup and mayo for chips but still 5*.

From the very 1st email back in November to the final bill last week, we had brilliant service. Our deposit was held over for 3 months due to Covid cancellation (by choice not Government rules . The food, service and ambience was superb. We will be booking for Xmas 2022! (only 5 minute walk from the office too! Highly recommend.

We held our Old Boys Xmas Lunch at the restaurant last Monday, excellent from start to finish. Venue, service, food all top draw. Tom and his team could not have done more to help and make us welcome, so much so, we have already booked to do it all again next year! If you are in the City of London and looking for a place to hold a function, you won’t go far wrong here.

Attended a lunch there yesterday for rugby fans, four ex internationals telling old yarns anecdotes, very entertaining. The room is pleasant enough the tables were nicely laid. Food was fine, but the portions were a bit sparse. Was appalled to find the only beer on tap was Guinness St Miguel lager, no ale at all, even in bottles. Not great for a couple of hundred beer drinking rugby fans.

I cant recommend this venue enough. Tom Dovile were amazing from beginning to end, with great communication throughout the planning phase and made everything so easy for our corporate winter party. The food, the venue, the service were all top notch. All of our guests had a great experience and have said lots of positive things. We would not hesitate to use this venue again for future events.
