"Took 'Stake Ale Pie W/ Mash Potatoes, 'Ham Cheese Sandwich ', and two drinks (Tea Pepsi). The Stake Ale Pie wasn 't great due to being bland, no taste whatsoever. The Ham Cheese Sandwich tasted good. It 's not just on food they need to improve but on hygiene as well... The toilets were very filthy. The toilet, the floors and the sink were in awful condition. Wouldn 't come back here again unfortunately, expected more from a Pub in such a touristic area."

On entry we met a lovely gent !!! Very inviting and conversed with the children patiently and happily . The service and food is excellent and we will definitely be visiting again !!!!

Four of us called in for lunch. The young lady who served was very friendly and pleasant. The food came promptly, and the portions were a good size, my hot pork bap filled me up. Well worth calling in.

I had a great breakfast experience at the Bank Note. The service was exceptionally friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Scrambled Eggs on Toast. They even offer free refills on tea and coffee!

The service at this restaurant was awful. The male manager seemed to not want us to dine there, as he was rude and abrupt, telling us there was a 45-minute wait for breakfast. Save your money and go to one of the better cafes nearby.

Food and service 5 star ! The owners went above and beyond for us during our stay , we had a fabulous lunch and an even better breakfast! The owners helped us at a moment’s notice with our flat tyre too ! Will be certainly coming back !

My family and in-laws visited this restaurant today and we had a wonderful experience. The service was friendly from the moment we sat outside, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our children. When it started to rain, they even moved us inside. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
