"Firstly, the blonde waitress of a certain age very unpleasant!this lady served us the pancakes without saying hello and without a look while discussing with friends!this lady also seems not to love baby strollers! I had never seen this! and secondly, the crêpes are really unmakeable!.Pay as expensive to eat of the "flavourless paste" it shouldn't exist! To finish, you should think of washing your hands after smoking a cigarette in the establishment and serving the pancakes in the aftermath!!"

we stopped to eat a salad, the salad is very garnished, very good. We ordered two water bodies, they didn't charge us. The toilet to avoid!

a reception of very poor quality, no smile, barely hello. We felt like intruders who disturb. the dishes are not copyy, poor value for money.

The best thing was the view. Good for people watching. The food was average and so was the service. There was a minimum of 12 euro per person at lunch time. View menu

Nice place. Nice staff. We took a table outside, along the canal. We ate a crack with ham and cheese. a salad with goat cheese. then a crack butter and sugar. 30 euros. very kind staff.

We just took the apero. typical bar in the old annecy. It was very nice to be right next to the river in this small passage. There were even signs. We had a plate of charcuterie and cheese. It was very good.

Nice terrace, well located in historical center. Nice waiter.Simple effective food. We got : greek salad, home-made quiche with green salad, sparkling water, half a pint of beer, chocolate fondant, americano coffee. All for 41€.Only drawback is the high price for the level of quality (basic). View menu

an almost anonymous snack. we chose two crêpes: one with jam and the other with honey and lemon. I'd say it was almost lemon. the france usually stands out for this dessert, but this time it was a real fiasco and, although annecy is a tourist resort, I think 8€ for that type of crêpes is exaggerated!

we're just going for a drink, the waitress was super unpleasant and spoke to us through the window door to take the order. Not a hint or a thank you when you settle. in brief looking at the tables next to us we noticed the same behavior on the part of the staff, unpleasant as possible with the customers. The boss should think of changing his employees. short if you want to be welcomed with the least of the politeness, don't go.

"We had a weird feeling about this restaurant when we were given 2 menu books WITHOUT any price at first. Turned out that their gastronomic pricing didn't match their brasserie standard at all. My friend asked a couple of questions about some dishes, the waiter...was very puzzled and passive, said a couple of times that he didn't know. After that, we were served some kind of MUSHY OLD bread before the meal. If this was a sign of welcoming from the owner, then he failed right there. In our main courses, apart from the meat and fish ingredients, each of us got half of a small potato, 1 small stick of leek, 1 lonely cauliflower, some smashed petit pois with the size of a small coffee capsule, and 1 line of smashed carrot. Looks like the quantity one would place on a plate of a gastronomic restaurant with 8 courses, except that this is NOT a gastronomic restaurant, from the plastic menu, the furniture, the old bread, the cutleries, the different menu pricing and the service which failed to describe the dishes. The worst part, was when the waiter came and asked us if everything went well, I gave him the feedback that the food was good but the veggie was way too little. He first proposed us to eat more dessert, then when I said no, he got so upset and defensive that he even pointed at the kitchen telling me that I should go to see the chef and discuss with him myself. Why bother asking your client how their meal was if you can't receive a candid feedback? Being a frequent traveller, coming from the hospitality industry, I have to say this place is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you have too much money and eating next to a canval is way more important than being treated in a disrespectful manner, and leaving the restaurant with a happy stomach."
