one of the best pizzas I've eaten, very thin and with excellent ingredients. Young but professional and kind staff and prices are excellent. 5 stars deserved but changed the plastic chairs of the external tables that seem to yield to each movement.

When you have had your fill of pastry with an espresso shot for breakfast, head to this small spot. The sign “Full English Breakfast” caught our eye and we stopped in. For $10.00 had scrambled eggs, fresh tomato slices, bacon, toast, olives, orange juice, a cappuccino, and a sfogliatelle (a chocolate-filled dream).

The best pizza in Bolsena. Incredibly thin but crispy with fresh vegatables and charcuterie on top. Pizza and not only : tasty pasta, bruschetta and meat. Plus selection of local amari to complete the meal : Everything served by nice people with a smile. Restaurant located in calm area in Bolsena, right next to the Rocca that added to the ambiance. We have enjoyed great diner several times there and we plan to come back again.

this place was amazing, the lamb cartels were from this world, pig talloins as well, tartufo gnocchi was the perfect primi piatti. home made desserts, I was particularly impressed by the panna cotta. the pizzas were to the fallen of the children. I tasted the quatro stagioni and for me the napoletana fan it was some of the best pizza I had in bolsena. a pizza called inferno should be very spicy, so spicy infact that it is not recommended for children under 18 years!
