"The view is spectacular while the service is excellent. The food is good but I was expecting it to be excellent considering the restaurant is recommended by the Michelin guide. The osso bucco was scrumptious, to be sure, but the primi and antipasti we ordered were slightly disappointing. For example, one antipasto consisted of burratta with tomato sauce and little else. Not bad but Is this a complete dish? At any rate, I've had better burratta. The primis were very good but there is room for improvement again. As someone who loves fats of all kinds, I do not state lightly that too much butter and oil was used. Our seafood pasta had lovely, perfectly cooked seafood and sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes but very little pasta. Most, perhaps all dishes, could have benefited from a squirt of acidity. Maybe we should have ordered dessert? I have no complaints about the delectable mini dessert of panna cotta, fruit jellies, and fresh cherries, a great way to end the meal."

Amazing!! It was one of the best dinner experiences I’ve ever had in Italy. The food was great, the lady taking care of our table was such a sweetheart and the atmosphere fenomenal. The coperto is a bit expensive but when you think about all the “free things” you get, it understand the price. I loved it

There were two things told to me before my visit to Italy. The Italian women were stunning and Italian food was to die for (fantastic). It is true on both counts. However they forgot to mention Italian scenary. The views up here on the mountain are beautiful and spectacular. It is very picturesque. This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in my life. My brother is a chef and the food was excellent to get my rating. View menu

This place is just amazing and so romantic. I would recommend to eat at the terrace because the views are incredible. We order the menu that included typical dishes of the place and we didn 't regret it: tomato soup, a type of pasta with a special filling and polenta with meat that was soft like butter, all with a good red wine. If I say something negative , it would be the dessert but I honestly think we didn 't chose right: the semifredo was good but the pavlova not so much. Besides that, this place is a place to go

absolutely wonderful! this michelin restaurant is located above the citta alta (upper mountainamo) and so when they come here before sunset, they see a magnificent view of the city. we came to dinner, which was delicious. recommend casoncelli as primi and the manzo as secondi. the desserts are crazy-best pistachio ice cream I've ever had and excellent chocolate cake. but what was really special were the small dishes between the meals they give them as part of the dinner: brot with butter, tomatenseife with ricotta and mandarin sorbet as an amuse-bouche. our server was great! stop them when they visit Bergamo!
