Non si tratta del classico ristorante Giapponese a cui siamo abituati, oltre ai classici nigiri, tartare etc. al Barracuda troverete ingredienti particolari come mango, manzo in sostituzione del pesce, zucchine, crema di tartufo, riso venere e tanto altro.
