£40 a night for a very clean room with a good shower. Chinese meal with a cold beer in the restaurant. Wow worth the stay Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Reliable delivery of takeaway Chinese food and good sized portions. Good variety of dishes on the menu. I have only ever used Beijing Dragon for takeaways so I can’t comment on the restaurant or accommodation.

I have to give 1 star because the food tasted like the lid of the bottle of salt fell off and all the salt got dumped into the food. It was inedible how salty it was. Also dripping in a river of oily grease. I never bother to write reviews and I am not a fussy eater but this was so bad, such a waste of money. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

This is basic accommodation but clean and well positioned for my activities. Room had a shower and sink but shared toilet along the passage. Room clean and tidy with comfortable bed. No breakfast available this time. Food drinks: Plenty of eateries in walking distance and few pubs close by. You can order takeaway at the venue to eat in the room. Cutlery will be supplied. Rooms: 4

Only terrible things to say about this place and the owner. I hope he is never in a position of need as he is a degrading, disrespectful and sinister individual. Couldn’t pay me to eat or sleep there. Told an individual that “roughies stay out the back” and that they “shouldn’t be seen eating there”. This is not a 5 establishment, they shouldn’t have one , and I truly hope the gentleman who owns this place is dealt the same hand as the individuals at rock bottom, just wanting to better their life with a roof over their head. Vile character.
