"Service and friendliness of the staff here is excellent and cannot be faulted. 5 stars The food on the other hand is far below average.. The kitchen really let's this place down. I know this is a chain restaurant and the food has to cater to all tastes but if I'm paying for a meal to be cooked for me, I expect it to be at least slightly better than I can cook at home! Doughballs were hard and cheese was cold where they had been left so long. When I picked up a doughball the dish came with it. See pic. The pomodoro con buffala (buffalo mozzarella and tomato) didn't have any flavour and and the pasta was hard. Gluten free chicken and mushroom pasta was also hard and tasteless. Way too much onion. Gelato served in a normal drinking glass looked like a dogs dinner. Very poor"

This is a fantastic restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and excellent service. I tried the spicy penne arrabbiata, which isn't on the menu, but the staff and chef love to prepare it!

The food was incredibly delicious and authentically Italian. I also loved the atmosphere of the place. It was quite busy when we arrived on a Saturday at 3 PM, so we had to wait briefly, but it was only for a few minutes. The waiter was very nice and friendly.

The overall experience was positive. We were seated right away, and the server was efficient and fantastic with the children. The food was hot and delicious. They even accept Taste Cards for a 2-for-1 deal. All the servers wore face masks, which was reassuring. View menu

Service was slow and a number of dishes were not available. When we all received our food they were very small portions and there wasn't much flavour, to say the least I was very disappointed and will not be returning. Also the hygiene of the toilets was similar to public loos

Been at Bella for my birthay lunch. Food was plenty and very tasty. We've been greeted by one of the managers and was friedly and polite. Our waiter Molly went above and beyond to furfill our requests. Also a big thank you to Chef Ionut whom came at the table and got my sons special food order. Very nice place to have a family lunch. I had an incredible experience at this Italian restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a reservation for 21 people, and even with such a large group, the food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. All the staff members were approachable and welcoming. Located inside the Bluewater shopping mall, I would say they are near the water front entrance. They have a selection of traditional Italian dishes and refreshing cocktails! You can have a quick bite before or after the shopping, there is also a cinema close by for your entertainment. When we tried to enter the restaurant, couldn't as you had to book but luckily some hadn't turned up. So the manager was flexible to accommodate us.
