"I was pleasantly impressed by the club. Since the arrival, I immediately noticed the elegant and refined atmosphere, perfect for a quiet and chic evening. The menu offers a selection of refined and original dishes. Fried anchovies with accompanying sauce were simply divine. The combination of crispness and delicate flavors of the anchovies was surprising, and the sauce gave a touch of freshness that was perfectly matched with the dish. The pinsa with the burrata, the peanut tomatoes and the anchovies really very good. The light and crisp dough, the creaminess of the burrata and the intense flavor of the anchovies combined in a perfect combination of taste. I couldn't leave Bibendum without trying Nutella crepes. A real sin of throat that I also added an ice cream ball. The wine card is equally excellent. There are high level bubbles and fine wines to accompany the dishes. The staff is very prepared and I was wisely advised on which wine to match each dish, creating an even more complete culinary experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a pleasant evening, enjoying delicious foods in a sophisticated environment"

Really feels like it's a place you'd want to hang out if you live in Pistoia Great selection of wines in all price ranges and terroirs and a knowledgeable guy in the bar. The dishes are well maintained and of excellent quality, we have taken the selection of cheeses and sliced, really good and also fried of anchovies and anchovies very good.
