Great to be back here after 2 years for wedding anniversary... tremendous food as usual. Great friendly service . Will be back again very soon .

It had been years since I’d eaten at Bibis so we decided to take advantage of the eat out scheme. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great and we had a lovely evening that didn’t cost the earth.

I love Bibis. Felt totally safe with all the “covid” precautions taken. Booking on line was easy food was amazing as always and the staff were attentive, efficient, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Always a treat to visit Bibis Staff attentive Civid secure. Food great Service great Staff friendly Music great Only downside is including a service charge on the bill which makes it awkward to ask for it removing Food is truly fantastic

What a an amazing dinner, food was super atmosphere was brilliant. We had a waitress called mesi and was very attentive to my family with 2 younge children, everything we asked for she did with grace and such a good attitude. We have been coming to bibis for 30 years never a bad word to say.

We went to Bibis Showtime yesterday with Elvis , the food and service were excellent . Two Italians in our party were absolutely delighted with the quality of the food , the burrata was exceptional as was the Parma Ham and Ricotta. The pate delicious Main courses all great the Gamberoni were superbThen the show ..... well just fantastic . Great staff and a fantastic experience

Well, having heard all the rave reviews I decided to give this a try. I was very excited to go, expecting something special, did I get that? No. Service was slow, some staff seemed pained to actually help. The food was mediocre at best, the cocktails were ok. Was it worth the money? Absolutely not. Overall I was really disappointed and these guys should take a leaf out of, for example, Rinaldis Wakefield’s book. If you review this restaurant as excellent then you should really get out more, there’s far better out there.

Came earlier today for food. Have really been looking forward to the booking as always wanted to try here. We ordered caprese for the starter and there was a black hair underneath the food, to the latter of my husbands starter. Btw we are both blonde. I Informed the server who gave an apology but nothing else. I would have refused payment for this course but my husband is too polite. It put him off for the rest of his meal there and he felt that his main, lobster linguine was bland. Will not return, customer satisfaction is not on the list in this case. Service was very slow too. Unfortunate really.

Booked a table for 4 for 5.00pm Sunday lunch and paid a £20 table deposit. Arrived and was offered arguably the worst table in the restaurant set off from the main restaurant in what appeared to be a converted outside area with rough tiled floor. We said this was not acceptable and asked to be relocated. We were told this was not possible due to an event taking place later that night. We chose to leave and this was agreed by the restaurant staff. How disgraceful that you would now go ahead and charge us the deposit. I will not let this drop and will pursue refund. Booking name Kaye on Sunday 23rd May. Please refund immediately.
