"the main advantage of this restaurant, being part of a chain, located a little away from the strict town center of Pessac (but not far can be 5 my walk, is to exist and be open when you need to comfort. bistro formula, so simple dishes (but good, responds to hunger in a pleasant, tasteful and not too expensive way. everyone single carnivores like families with children will find something that will please them. I ate a good steak tartare (already prepared, pretty green salad, a little beer... and even a little dessert to make fun, all without ruining. Surprise a "Regent" better than regents! invited to the birthday of my little girl I discovered this Reg not like the others: one very pleasant room, coucounig even, we have the impression of coming to friends so the staff is listening, lunch with top super fries and pantagruelic dessert!!! A great try to renew because it is safe even if we have one at our door we will not hesitate to come and eat at home
