"I've never experienced anything like this before. The supplier couldn't find the address. I tried to explain to him on the phone where he had to go, but he couldn't understand me due to his lack of knowledge of German and English. He called me a total of 4 times and expected me to come to a street where I don't live, even though I still have to pay additional delivery costs. As if that wasn't enough, he started yelling at me on the phone. I called the branch to talk to the boss and explained the situation there, but I was only assured that he would take care of it and that the driver would be there shortly. (Which also happened about 5 minutes later. There was a delay of over 30 minutes and of course my food was only lukewarm, if not already cold. In my opinion, it's a total disaster and I'll never order there again."

The last shop. I ordered via Lieferando. Delivery time 40 minutes. After 90 minutes the order was canceled by email. I will never order here again. My children are sitting here and are hungry. Actually zero stars!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a salad with mixed pizza rolls! Everything tasted good. It got to me on time. Small point of criticism: I also ordered pineapple and gorgonzola, there was just a little bit of it in the salad, but if I pay extra for something I would like to see some of it too. : Service: Delivery

Very dissatisfied! The pizza base was like crispbread and there was hardly any toppings or sauce on the pizza. I had requested extra mushrooms, but there were 3 mushrooms on the pizza. It was dried out and cold, so I had to warm it up again in the Tefal grill. We don't even need to talk about the delivery time... (01:30) and that's for a small pizza. Insanity honestly. Never again!

We order pizzas from Blizzeria again and again and are always very satisfied. Nice and thin, well topped and especially the tomato sauce is very tasty. Unfortunately, once the pizza wasn't cooked through and we were satisfactorily compensated. To all those who are not satisfied with the delivery time: having the address and expected delivery time confirmed when ordering helps immensely. Based on this, deliveries were always on time!

We ordered dinner on Sunday night via Lieferando and started eating when it arrived. After a couple bites I realized the chicken had a weird texture so i spit it out. When i looked, all the chicken from our oven baked pasta was raw! On both orders. This is completely unacceptable considering how dangerous raw chicken can be. Called the restaurant and they said they would give us a voucher for next time (do you think i will order there again? have not received it. Reached out to Lieferando to claim the restaurant for a refund and the restaurant said they do not authorize a refund. Are you serious??? I ate raw chicken, paid almost 30€ for it and could not even eat my dinner!!!
