The black rice is very creamy and rich, but I don't know what they dyed it with because I usually see it blacker. After a second dogfish in marinade, and it melted in your mouth!!! For starters, we chose the Castilian soup, the golden cod and the risotto. Of them, the soup and risotto were quite good.
