"Nice little cafe.. I had a little wait to get a diet coke, but it got quite busy after I arrived as there was a lot going on and it is a bank holiday! My food came out piping hot and really tasty. They had a varied menu, and I would go back to sample other items from the menu! There wasn't a huge amount of seating as only a small place, so quite a few people were turned away, but again, it was extremely busy in Battle. Friendly staff."

This is a lovely friendly cafe. It is a shame they allow smoking at the table by the front door. We sat at the end of the cafe near the garden and could smell the smoke from there.

Such a shame because this Cafe could be so lovely, perfect location but the staff are probably the grumpiest I’ve ever seen! We felt so uncomfortable unwanted. Food is nice but the staff need to learn how to smile. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £20–30
