"Boycott Farm Shop has a charmingly rustic atmosphere. While many similar establishments are turning into large, modern warehouses filled with expensive gifts and cakes, Boycott remains a small, traditional stone building on a working farm near Buckingham. They offer a wide variety of fresh and frozen foods, most of which are made on site. The menu includes ready-made dishes, sausages, pies, cakes, and desserts. I enjoyed a scotch egg for lunch and took home a delicious sausage dish with onions and red wine, topped with cheesy mash and chives. I also treated myself to an individual banoffee pie for dessert, which was absolutely delightful. The shop also sells a selection of high-quality wines, beers, spirits, greeting cards, fruits, and vegetables. Unfortunately, the cafe is currently closed, but I can't wait to dine there once it reopens. While the homemade fare at Boycott Farm Shop may be more expensive, the quality is definitely worth it."

Visited again and very disappointed, no atmosphere, staff running around without direction, farm shop seemed a shadow of its former self. I do not see any benefit to me in returning.

On a extremely wet day we decided on lunch after visiting Stowe House. It was very busy, so we had to sit in a cold and damp marquee. The food although good, is expensive and the service is slow. View menu

We had a great late lunch on a busy Saturday and were impressed with the prompt and efficient service. The only minor complaint is that the Boycott Burger could be larger for the price. We will definitely be coming back.

The family and staff at this restaurant work hard and despite my dietary restrictions (celiac and vegetarian), there were many options available. The waitress and staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I did not feel like an inconvenience at all.

Dropped in for lunch after visiting Stowe Gardens. My wife and I decided to go for the specials menu £10 for one course and a drink. We both opted for the Pheasant casserole and mashed potato which was super very tastey and a very good sized portion. Service was efficient and friendly. After lunch we looked around the farm shop which had a large selection of 'goodies ', particularly the ready meals at very reasonable prices. View menu

What a great little find. A friend and myself ventured here after a gym workout. I had a hot chocolate and particularly asked for it to be extra hot and the staff member was most obliging. I also had a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich-it was gorgeous.! The shop itself offers lots of choices of nice home-cooked food and locally sourced products. We sat outside. It’s a bit basic and perhaps could have some improvements with umbrellas and make it a little bit more ambience. That being said, I would go back !

The food and location were lovely. The staff tried a bit too hard to be helpful and came across as overbearing rather than friendly. They involved themselves in the conversation within our family about what to order and offered my daughter an ice cream when I was just going to share my cake with her. I fell for that, and also fell for ordering drinks without asking what they cost. The cake prices are displayed at the counter but not the drink prices as far as I could see. I only realised afterwards that we had been charged a fiver for two glasses of ordinary milk in plastic cups for the kids. I also discovered we were charged £1.50 for the custard my husband was offered with his cake. I had...
