yesterday we were attacked in the room and whenever the server came back or went out, it was raving, insulting the customers and when we made him notice his behavior he treated us as liars to his manager. short to avoid

Horrible ... one of the servers was openly mocking customers by marbling remarks after each request, one of the client asked for a drink because he was missing one on the table, the server answered in his corner "you only have to drink". Not very welcoming.

that this place could be pleasant!While the terrace would need a good broom blow, servers could be pleasant and smiling and especially dressed properly inside is not better; broken windows, dead flies on the windows' edges and a dating deco. With such a location it's forced labour and it's really bad! I only tasted the coffee and that is enough for me ........

My god is expensive and disgusting - it's dirty = hygiene 0 they pick up the bread on the ground and put it in the basket of the table next, the manager makes his races at 11am to the francprix next to you then put it in the plate at 12pm. the fridge at the entrance (where you also buy its bulkheads) serves as a guard to eat! with open boxes inside! service hygiene svp !!! what do you do not come to see what is happening?!

this brewery has everything to be perfect: ideal location facing wood, at the foot of the castle and near the floral park; a well located terrace very pleasant to the beautiful days; little competition around. And yet it doesn't: the welcome is deplorable (whether it is to buy a pack of gum at the counter or to eat it), one feels to disturb; the dishes are very uneven and friends were sick after a meal where the freshness was not at the rdv. the very old style of the room and the neglected impression that reigns there does not allow to forget the service. Yet all the assets are here! Very disappointing.
