"I had invited joy in the tresznjewski. for almost 20 years I have been going there and it has been my favorite restaurant in Munich. the greater the disappointment was when I was back - after a year (in the meantime I live somewhere else) - there. it was sticky and eating was not intoxicating, not as I knew it from experience. the portions were huge. less, but high-quality, would be better. we did not manage all our portions and eating was nothing special, although it reads great on the map! the service was nice and accommodating, but could not speak English or has not dared to speak English with our friends (from New Zealand). the current evening card and also the drink list were not translated into English. I wouldn't have expected that at this restaurant, which is now an institution. we were all not thrilled and I must say I think my 20-year tradition to go to eat here when I am in a mouth, has found her end with this restaurant visit. sometimes you have to break with long traditions... still pity and sad."

were there for brunch. the brunch was all around good and the employees were hospitable even if at the beginning a little arrogant.

French style restaurant on the corner opposite the new pinakothek. excellent pasta dishes (ravioli and band noodles were both good.)

we have eaten on this place at midday after we had visited the muses. ... slightly outdated, but the served dishes are delicious and plentiful. fairer price. View menu

at the rande of the dunchner artistic area this is a classic, a long-time great place to breakfast, lunch and dinner or just to enjoy a coffee or a drink outside.

The city bumblebee and a small bun with a whiff beer of the cheffnäwskie is simply the best place for this.In the second, you are strengthened with 10.- (5 rolls, 2 whistle beer).

a good place to make contacts or to eat at the rande of a museum cluster. No raised kitchen, but good snacks and the right price level. Large eating portions 10-15 euro, large glass wein approx. 7 euro, big beer under 5 euro. pleasant milieu and tasty eating, I recommend of potatoes and burger dishes. View menu

the tresznjewski is conveniently located in the museum district directly at the tram stop. at the outside seats you can watch the trubel of the road and the many passersby, but it is not quiet. you sit very nice. The menu is not designed so much according to my taste. the aperol sprizz tastes, the homemade limonade was also refreshingly good.

the tresznjewski offers modern kitchen with changing day map. it also offers a large and good breakfast selection. I have been there more often and have not yet had any bad experience. the service is fast and usually very friendly (there are unfortunately also taken out) the wooden direction creates a cozy atmosphere. the prices are high, but there is also quality. In total a worthwhile destination, both for brunch and dinner.

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
