Sophia's beer masterclass was fantastic! The service was excellent and her knowledge was top-notch. Couldn't find fault with it!

The menu was poorly planned and the food was of low quality, either too hot or cold. I was very disappointed with the small portion sizes.

My partner I had a super Sunday lunch today, which was delicious. Charlotte the Manager was serving us,polite friendly very knowledgeable about different beers we were enquiring about. Excellent service, great atmosphere. We will be returning spreading the word.

I booked a workspace on Thursday for a couple of hours to get out of the house focus on some work. The staff were lovely, food was AMAZING! WIFI was very slow which was an issue but I also had done stuff to do on paper so I was still able to get work done. I’ll be coming back!

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. We met as a party of 12 for a family celebration , and we were not disappointed, we had a lovely meal and we can’t thank the staff enough, they were attentive and helpful , not to mention friendly . Didn’t eat just called in for a drink. Ordered a bottle of house wine and asked if it was dry and what grape it was. Poor girl behind the bar hadn’t got a clue, mind you the manager wasn’t much better maybe a bit of basic training is needed? In the end the wine was lovely and we sat and had a pleasant drink outside. Biggest issue were toilets they absolutely stank, maybe some basic hygiene standards are required?

Service was good at the start. We ordered 3 meals, 2 were nice but the 3rd half chicken wasn’t warm, asked for it to be heated up which they did without a problem. The chicken was pink inside, didn’t feel confident to eat it as it had been cold to begin with. Staff weren’t bothered really, said it was meant to be like that. We were never rude or unpleasant but the staff just didn’t seem to care, then put a 10% service charge on. I always pay a tip even when not required but I did not feel this was appropriate.

I cannot speak for the whole party of seven. The staff were great friendly and efficient. We were particularly grateful when they turned off the music! Atmosphere was a bit lacking as this was Tuesday lunchtime very different to the Sarurday buzz of my first visit. My fish gujons were disappointing: more batter than fish. And my wife 's roasted halloumi lacked halloumi, tiny flakes of which finally came in a small bowl when she complained. Overall impression: I think a beer drinker would enjoy the place more than I did. Unfortunately, I gave up alcohol recently (doctor 's advice). Thanks anyway. We had a good family chat in a quiet environment. View menu
