"Had tickets for the Real Madrid night game so decided to go early and have dinner somewhere nearby. Busy outside and in the bar because of the match but plenty tables inside. Nice service. I chose the special which I didn't really what it was and partner ordered smoked salmon and avocado salad. Two glasses of house red. When the dishes arrived I realised there was no danger I would finish the special. It was tender veal in a sauce with potatoes. Swapped with my partner and enjoyed the salad whilst he really enjoyed the veal. One more wine and a small beer finished a lovely meal. In face partner got another free beer as it had been refused by a couple of women (why? no idea). All came to €39 which was pretty decent and got us ready for the game."

Had breakfast here twice and both times it was a fine tortilla and a great strong coffee. Staff is fast and friendly. You have a nice view to the stadion as well.

Just out of the FC Madrid ground tour and looking for light refreshments to get us back to hotel. Well appointed and with some well priced water, tapas and good service.

The service was pretty nice, only that the food isn’t particularly impressive other than fishes. The bread wasn’t served with butter even though we requested it. The portion is also a little bit little.

So surprised by the kitchen and staff. Teriffic food and wine. The daily meal, today it was lamb with potatoes and some vegetables. It was spot on. Service was great thinking that we are not Spanish. This was by far the best meal that I have had in Madrid.

We saw a good menu outside the restaurant so we decide to get in. There are two places inside, one was full so we have to seat in the second one. The waitress said the menu we saw outside is not available where we seat and nothing can't be done, rules of the restaurant; so don't get confused. We have to order other plate . It was good and you eat in front of the Real Madrid Stadium.

Arrived early, by local standards, so we were the only people in the dining room admittedly a lot of people preferred to sit outside because the weather was nice. Steak and sirloin were both perfectly cooked, simple yet delicious. Meal including water and a glass of wine for each of us, with the bread and small hors d'oeuvres provided by the restaurant, worked out to €25 each. Quiet, pleasant restaurant, great service and delicious food.

Stopped in a Wed afternoon to grab drinks and small plates after some touring. We were seated and ordered our drinks. While placing our order our server was annoyed that we didn’t order full meals. There was no wait and plenty of underutilized waiters otherwise I would understand. I offered to go inside or just pay for our drinks and leave to not cause any problems. He did me a “favor” and served us. Food was edible and probably one of the most expensive meals in my 2 week visit to Spain.

You’d never find such a quality bar restaurant near a major sports stadium in the UK. We took the hop on off bus got off to wander around the stadium. Dropped in here for a drink ended up having 2 rounds plus some tapas. Wow, what great food cheap drinks! 8 wines, 2 empanadas the most delicious warmed Brie stuffed with ham pate topped with marmalade! To die for only €30 total. Stop by when you’re visiting. Lots of locals in on a Sunday afternoon. Wish it had been closer for us to visit for dinner as the restaurant looked gorgeous.
