Nice staff but Slow service, got orders wrong; mixed salad consisted of lettuce had to.keep asking for many items. This place used to be much better.

a good welcome, a competent and joyful waitress. food is as good as expected with a copyful portion. I think she was waiting for a good grade, and I don't see any reason to refuse it. a.m.

Copious dishes and at reasonable prices. We were in a small square of a table thinking we were quiet but it was pretty noisy. The wait was not so long but we had to queue for a while to settle, it’s a shame. View menu

Every time I am invited to the restaurant I choose Buffalo Grill because I have never been disappointed with the comfort furniture of the kindness of the staff and their professionalism and especially the quality of the meat that we know today becomes a luxury for some pleasant moments spent at home I thank you

Edit apr 2022: I'm changing my review. I went recently, and for the first time I was really disappointed. I'd never expect a great meal from a chain restaurant, but this last experience was mediocre. Overcooked and tough meat, we had to send back a ribeye and a hamburger, which we never do as we despise wasting food, the replacement steaks were cooked right but still tough and not great tasting. The presentation and quantities were also not so great. The staff however was nice and helpful as always, which is why I'm going down from 4 stars to 3 and not 2.
