"Only went in here because a mighty thunderstorm had just started and I wanted somewhere to shelter until I could continue to my intended destination. The place was fairly quiet and most of the customers who appeared to be locals were eating the same dish... half a roast chicken with french fries so I decided to follow suit. When it arrived the chicken was crispy and aromatic and although served on a plate with traditional cutlery it reminded me of the chicken in a basket that was so popular on pub menus in the and it was ideal to eat with your fingers next to no grease and very tasty. Pity about the French fries though. Whilst I was there a party of arrived who ordered a variety of different dishes from the extensive menu all of which looked good when the plates arrived nobody ordered the chicken! The draft well kept Becks was excelent enjoyed the whole experience and would return"

this restaurant is literally around the corner of the hotel the tanne where we were, what was one of the reasons for the choice. many outdoor seating on the square, friendly and efficient staff. we had the asparagus menu with a scavenger that was...delikious would recommend if they don't want to eat as touristy and good somewhere.

very very salty roasted chicken and french fries, i couldn't eat them all no matter how hungry i am, because i wanted to keep distance with heart attack or thirsty to die! only partial could be ate! and the boss gave strongly advice with unpleasant...attitude to a young waitress for minor, just in front of us and other customers, that made her embarrassing eventhough i didn't know german! i wouldn't recommend to anyone even the environment and beer is good!
