"I was met by a pleasant assistant who brought me to a nearby table. shortly after, the assistent returned with his menu, my food requirements were taken, and then it was directly into the kitchen with my order. a few minutes later my food arrived and looked very appetit. it was pleasantly hot, delicious and freshly made. I had every amount of space to enjoy either side of me eating the food, and the table area sufficient to lay my dish, teekanne, cup and saucer with space to save. the prices were reasonable, eating was freshly made, quickly arrived and served hot by pleasant staff."

my wife and I just ate in the restaurant cumbernauld and it was great as always. the young people are great here, supported by the seniors and all can work in each of the first class restaurant in the country. I was a dining room pipeward in the merchant navy for 4 years and I know a great service when I see it.

Toastie made in an actual toastie machine from the 80s served with frozen chips. I appreciate that businesses cut costs where possible to make maximum earnings but I could have made this at home for less than half the price for my whole family. It was really busy, which is great, but we had to twice ask for our drinks and ask for mayo more than once aswell. Not as good as previous visits.
