"I've been wanting to visit Bonn for many year's and as we were doing a tour of the citie's of the North Rhine /Westphalia this former capital of the Federal Republic of Germany was alway's a place to go. We had been to some nice...pub's and restaurant's and took in some of the landmark's and site's when we chanced on the lovely lively bar. Walking in and this modern bar was absolutely packed ,we ordered some beer's were we took a seat and soaked up the great vibe in here. The bar is nice, functional seating, nice decor and creative use of lighting help's make for a cosy bar and for the nice weather there is a large outside seating area. Our beer was fantastic ,served iced cold and sparkling ,we really enjoyed it and we took advantage of the free wi--fi to plan out our next pub to visit. This bar is certainly very popular and on our visit the bar was rammed with a youngish crowd. An easy bar to find ,jump the Ubahn down to UNIVERSITÄT/MARKT and walk over to FRANZISKANER STRAßE were you will find this bar. Opening hour's are; Monday to till till Great bar and well worth a visit."

Bonn is a charming city on the Rhine, known for Beethoven's birthplace. Typical dishes include Sauerbraten, Rhenish mussels, and Himmel un Ääd, a mix of mashed potatoes and apples.
