wonderful eating, fresh ingredients, flexible, accommodating menu and personal would certainly go back!

Afternoon tea experience wasn't as expected. It was very poor with no real english tradition. Staff was grumpy and service was bad and boring. I wouldn't recommend.

the worst service. had to ask several times for water from different people as my server never looked my direction. it was not welcome. take off the afternoon teaservice. go somewhere else.

good atmosphere. the lady who served me and my son was really friendly and resource-saving. the strawberry cake was delicious. it was a pleasure to come. I think this company should try to reduce the heating, it has cooked inside.

very disappointed, the least-looking Italian restaurant where I have ever been! the food was ok, the service was mediocre, but the biggest problem was that they try to almost double our bill by adding someone else table on it! Luckily we have checked and finally sorted them.

POlite but not much care, waited ages before asked for a drink when we came in from the heat. Asked for further drinks, like 3 times. Food was not to my liking, I said pasta with less cream, then bought back out, it was mildly warm. No salad ever arriving. Just wanted to get out. This was a birthday treat but went wrong.

Service was lacking. When our food was served it was not as described on the menu our pasta dish clearly stated it would be served with tomatoes which we had to ask for, our desert was served without the ice cream we had ordered and I never received one of my beverages. I don’t like to complain in the restaurant but I was not happy as was reflected when we declined to pay the full service charge which was added to the bill without our permission. The toilet facilities were filthy which added to out overall disappointment on our visit.

diabolical visit! waited old for the service after the arrival, it was not busy, asked for a bottle of rosé prosecco and a cocktail, 15 minutes later the drinks came, poured the prosecco, they brought the wrong ones, so we had to send that back. then it took 10 minutes to get another bottle sorted. our food orders were taken, and the food lasted very long until we came out, we had to ask twice where it was, why it took so long until there were only a few occupied tables and what we could see that they had only cakes and drinks. Finally, the food came out, but they forgot on our party pizza, so we had to wait another 20 minutes! I have eaten here many times and I have never been disappointed,...

Very pretty cafe nice atmosphere. We went for a late breakfast having enjoyed a good walk from trafalger square down through the Parks and this place was conveniently located when we were ready for breakfast. The food was average nothing wow, husband had the full English which arrived without the toast and we then had a hard job catching anyones attention to request that it be brought, in the end I had to get up from the table and go and ask for it, even then it was another 10 minutes until it came and by that time my husband had eaten most of his breakfast so it was a bit pointless.
